This week's Call of the Netherdeep stream actually started with us testing out what the DM had set up on Foundry, and we may well finish the campaign there. But we found some issues, so we ended up playing the session out on Roll20. It was a shortened one, especially when we fell into discussing possibly doing Curse of Strahd next, but we accomplished the day's task. Having been sent underwater by the the Allegiance of Allsight to find a possible Consortium of the Vermillion Dream spy in their activities down there, we'd battled some monsters, found a very strange elf running a very strange tavern-until I did a Remove Curse on her, and we learned Alyxian had fucked with her mind! And those who entered any room down there first heard words from said legend that are now making us wary of whether he's that good a guy-though Schist hasn't heard him yet. We actually had the prudence to take a short rest in the tavern at the beginning of the session, which was a good thing, since it got me my spell slots back as well as letting us heal up.
Except then, when we stepped into one room and found a dry door, our pyromaniac of a fire druid decided to light it on fire. And the rest of us just let him. Honestly, I think we did it out of general push-the-red-buttonness. Naturally as soon as the door was sufficiently burned down for us to enter, the main inhabitant of the next room promptly sicced her large construct on us, especially when our attempts to apologize for our druid friend fell victim to low persuasion checks. So we felt a little stupid-for a turn or so, before she also revealed her association with the Consortium. Then she nearly killed the druid, and we ended up killing her-which hadn't been the smartest move either, since we needed to prove she was the spy, but the DM was nice and put an incriminating letter on her.
Next session should have an interesting start, since the dwarves also got a promise out of my fellow drow to go to the brothel with them. I think Schist might even tag along with them. Though I also want to take her to bazaar to see if I get magic cloth make him a glove, since he's currently also wielding a ruidium blade, we've become aware that might take a toll on him, Schist has a crazy thought she could make him a glove with the right material to dampen the effect, and I've spent the entire campaign wanting to put her weaver's tools to use for *something.*
